My name is Skylar Eagleson and I joined LifeWorx as a Candidate Relations Manager for our Queens territory.  I am responsible for finding our clients’ most experienced and compassionate professionals and helping with our in-home care services. In addition to handling eldercare recruitment efforts in Queens, I am also responsible for recruiting nannies and housekeepers throughout Greater New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

My goal is to increase the number of live-in candidates we’re adding to the pool, as well as maintain relationships with our current caregivers to place them in new roles while keeping them under the LifeWorx umbrella.

I’m excited to work with nannies and housekeepers again after having done this type of recruitment with my previous company! I pride myself on being able to connect with people easily, and making candidates feel comfortable in an interview consistently results in finding the best person for the job.

Prior to joining LifeWorx, I oversaw recruiting for Avenues Real Estate, where I was responsible for bringing newly licensed and experienced real estate agents onto the team and building out the brokerage’s 5 offices throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. I have also worked as a Recruitment Manager at Somerset White, which is a luxury concierge service for ultra-high-net-worth families in New York, Los Angeles, and London. I recruited family assistance in the form of nannies, estate managers, housekeepers, and personal assistants.

I graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in English. During my free time, I enjoy writing, working out, and baking.  I am from Northern Virginia and currently reside in West Village, NYC.
