Chappaqua, NY, May, 2008  LifeWorx, an in-home service company specializing in bringing quality and peace of mind to the home has announced the promotion of Malcolm MacDonald as its Director of Administration. In his new position, he will be responsible for overall operations of the company's two offices, as well as for the IT and communication systems.

According to Bal Agrawal, president and founder of LifeWorx, MacDonald has been a key member of the management team. “Malcolm has added significant value to LifeWorx over the years. Malcolm joined LifeWorx in 2006 as the Operations Manager. He has been instrumental in the company's computer efficiency and in its information management. Most recently, he assisted in the establishment of the company's newest office in New Canaan, CT in late 2007. “Malcolm is working on improving business processes and systems, while managing the day-to-day operations of both offices,” said Agrawal.
